Purpose of the job
Manage the Sales & Distribution organization in the assigned Area ensuring sales and secondary distribution, in line with the Sales & Distribution policies and approaches, in order to realize the gross sales and profit targets for the Area.
Key Accountabilities
1. Sales
Set targets for the Area’s sales force in cooperation with the RSM and guide and motivate the S&D staff in their performance, to effectively manage and control the van sales operation and realize the sales targets with agreed expenses.
2. Market and competitor insights
Obtain and maintain knowledge of the sales and distribution channels and of competitors’ activity throughout the area, and share and discuss with the RSM for appropriate actions.
3. Key Accounts
Execute the agreements with Key Accounts, according to instructions and maintain good business relations with the representatives of Key Accounts in the area (national and regional accounts).
4. Journey Planning
Make and execute the daily journey plans for the sales force in cooperation with the respective sales supervisors, in order to plan customer’s routes efficiently.
5. Merchandising
Ensure execution of merchandising at the points of sales, in line with the policies and instructions, in order to influence the shopper’s choice in favor of Sadafco products.
6. New Clients
Ensure initiation and organization of sales to new clients in the Area, aligned with the relevant other departments and in line with the S&D strategy, in order to increase sales.
7. Credit Management
Execute the approved company payment and credit policies and ensure credit and collection management for all sales in the Area, ensuring timely payments.
8. Logistic operations
Ensure management and control of the logistic operations to realize the distribution planning and delivery of the required volumes of finished products, in line with the distribution policies and according to functional guidelines of Supply Chain Management.
9. Workshop
Ensure management of the maintenance and repair activities for cars, refrigeration and forklifts in the Area, according to functional guidelines of Supply Chain Management, in order to ensure maximum availability of the vehicles at lowest cost.
10. Wastage
Ensure wastage control is exercised as per policies/procedures and is maintained within company budget/target levels across product groups and respective locations.
11. Quality Assurance
Ensure and monitor quality control of sales processes and practices and use of SEBA in line with company standards and regulations, and ensure training of staff in the effective use of SEBA.
12. Human Resource Management
Ensure the required number and quality of people, and people management in line with Sadafco’s HR policies, in order to enable the realization of the S&D targets.
13. Administration and Reporting
Ensure accurate and timely data entry, administration and reporting for the Area according to the S&D policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
• Educational level: University, Bachelors degree
• Specific diploma/education: Business, Marketing or Finance
• Minimal experience: 2 years in similar job
• Languages: English, Arabic preferred
• Other requirements: 25+, numerate and analytical, strong computer skills
