Manage and maintain IT Infrastructure and brings improvement according to the business need .
Implementation of Window based IT Infrastructure
Responsible for supporting and administering the daily operations of the Messaging and Authentication services, including Exchange 2000/2003/2007, Active Directory.
Responsible for interacting with various areas of the IT department to ensure high level of service offering and delivery to the company internal end users
Review the daily Exchange audit reports to verify Exchange database and disk space is in a healthy state.
Ensures the security measures implementation on IT Infrastructure
Administer Active Directory Domains, MS Exchange mail systems, and corporate system group policies
Create or modify DNS entries.
Monitor Exchange message queues.
Verify end-to-end Active Directory replication
Ensures minimum 99.9% up time for LAN & WAN
Manages Routers, Switches and Firewalls.
Helps IT manager in preparation of Capital Expenditure and Operational Expense Budgets
Ensures the standardization of IT Equipment
المهارات
Good Inter Personnel Skills
At least 5 years experience supporting Microsoft Exchange Administration, Active Directory, and the Microsoft Windows Server platform.
MCSE certification
Cisco Certification or at least 5 years experience in managing Cisco routers and switches
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, technical environment, and have knowledge of a variety of differing technologies
Project Management Skills
Leadership skills with ability to lead and manage people
English Communication Skills
Team Player
