Purpose of the job
• Assist Manager Sales Finance to achieve smooth Sales operation with ensuring proper internal controls.
• Prepare routine and on-request reports to enable Sales management to obtain timely, reliable information and analysis for planning, budgeting and controlling total Sales operations.
Key Accountabilities:
1.Analysis
Analyze financial sales information, assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs for drafting reports on sales finance, prepare recommendations for Sales management to provide insights for decision making.
2.Reporting
Prepare routine and special reports as requested by the Sales management. Assist Manager Sales Finance in the development of reliable reporting systems.
3.Budgets & Plans
Assist the Manager Sales Finance and Director S&D in the development of Sales budgets, LE and short/long term plans.
4.Systems Improvement
Design and conduct studies to improve operations and information systems performance.
5.Communications
Maintain effective communication with the finance and sales teams and provide adequate support when necessary.
المهارات
• Educational level: B.Sc. in Accounting
• Specific diploma/education: Financial Costing
• Minimal experience: 3 years in similar job with a international company
• Languages: English, Arabic preferred
• Strong analytical/communication skills
• Initiative to move ahead and ability to work under pressure and extended time.
