Purpose of the job
Load and unload the deliveries in the sales van, according to instructions of the Sales Man, to ensure correct deliveries to the customers and ensure products loaded for customers are in line with invoices provided by the Sales Man.
Key Accountabilities
1. Product Loading
Help with loading products into the sales van, in order to ensure that the correct stock and quantity is loaded as per the invoices, route and delivery order.
2. Delivery
Deliver to each store as per pre-determined delivery sequence. Help unloading the deliveries at the shops and place the delivery in the right place. Capture authorized customer signature and stamp on delivery invoice confirming receipt of goods.
3. Appearance
Ensure that the products are clean and tidy as well as the individual uniform, in order to present the products in an excellent condition and be recognized by customers.
4. Product returns
Collect product returns, separate and load it at the right place in the vehicle, not damaging or affecting other products loaded in the vehicle.
5. Pallet returns
Collect company pallets and return to warehouse, ensuring that the same number of pallets is returned following completion of all deliveries as was dispatched prior to deliveries.
6. Cleaning
Keep the sales van clean.
Job Requirements
• Educational level: School’s or relevant certificate – Must have a valid driving license for the require type of vehicle (light or heavy vehicle driving license, …etc)
• Minimal experience: 2-3 Years
• Languages: Arabic, English preferred
• For Saudi Nationality only.
• Gender: Male
