Purpose of the job
Responsible in assisting other store crew with their task and supervise the flow of services, in order to assure that the performance of services is as per health & safety standards.
Key Accountabilities
1. Service Flow
Disseminate tasks & orders to store employees, and Assist them in the daily work, in order to supervise the flow of service at company’s regulation.
2. Storage Management
Check the products before the opening and closing of the store, and encode the delivered or ordered materials or products, in order to manage inventory efficiently.
3. People Management
Conduct employee performance reviews & coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels to be able to set guidelines and formats for production staff to operate and in order to have the reviews of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
4. Health & Safety
Ensure a clean and safe work area and potential risks are communicated for corrective action in order to follow the company’s health & safety policy.

• Specific diploma/education: none
• Minimal experience: 5-10 Years
• Languages: English, Arabic
