Purpose of the job
Handle scheduling and production operations, in order to have consistent delivery at a needed performance and time.
Key Accountabilities
1. Production Plan
Plan the work in his area according to production plan provided by the Production Manager and Production, in order to ensure that all products produced within the area meets quality standards.
2. Training
Train & Coach Operators, develop problem-solving mindset, in order to reduce production errors and have a smooth production plan with less failures.
3. House Keeping
Restore, maintain, and Improve condition of area housekeeping including machines, tables, lighting, materials, tools, boards, in order to follow the company’s health and safety policy.
4. People Management
Motivate people, and able to manage attendance administration in addition to building a positive team relationships, in order to have a one-team atmosphere and get the work done on time.

• Minimal experience: 5-10 Years
• Languages: English, preferably Arabic as an addition
