Purpose of the job
Assist the Employee Services Supervisor to deliver and follow-up on all HR related services to employees and keep the records for the HR administration. Realize the issuing and renewal of official documents for employees at government offices, on request of the Employee Services Supervisor, in order to ensure accurate and timely handling of these.
Key Accountabilities
1. Employee documents
Prepare for and realize the issuing and renewal by government offices of official documents for employees (such as iqamas, visas, passports, work permits), on request of the Employee Services Supervisor, in order to ensure timely handling of these.
2. HR Administration
Execute all required administration in line with ES procedures and instructions and align with the central ES administration in order to maintain a sound personnel administration and up-to-date personnel files for the employees.
3. Attestation
Realize attestation for company documents required by employees, on request of the Employee Services Supervisor.
4. Government Relations
Establish good work relationships with the relevant representatives of local government offices related to HR, and follow up on employees’ problems with government units.
5. Progress logbook
Enter updates on progress with government transactions in the progress logbook, to inform the central ES administration.
6. Reporting
Assist in finalizing the monthly comparison report between company data and labor office & passport data to match the actual information on saudization.
Job Requirements
• Educational level: minimum secondary school, preferably Bachelors degree
• Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
• Languages: Arabic + basic in English
• Other requirements: must have Saudi nationality
