Must be an electrical maintenance technician with a recognized degree/diploma in electrical engineering.
At least seven years of experience as a fully qualified electrical maintenance technician in an industrial environment (such as dairy, food and beverage).
Ability to read electrical diagrams to identify and repair faults in utilities/processing equipment is essential.
Automation, instrumentation and PLC experience would be an added advantage for this role.
Knowledge and maintenance experience of utilities equipment such as steam boilers, air compressors, refrigeration plants and water treatment plants are essential.
Knowledge and maintenance experience of food processing equipment are essential.
Mechanical maintenance experience would be an added advantage.
Ability to perform well under pressure is essential.
Ability to perform alone during shift and as part of an international maintenance team is essential.
Ability to relate well to staff at all levels is essential.
Good standard of English.
