Purpose of the job
Ensure the delivery of facilities services for JCW, which involves maintenance planning, consumables inventory management, cleaning supervision, and other tasks which insure the facility operations are supported, and assets are maintained as required.
Key Accountabilities
Buildings and Premises
Ensure the availability of SADAFO standards of the offices, buildings and premises of the location, according to planning and in line with guidelines and policies, and to maintain cleaning schedules and supervise activities.
Purchase Request
Creation of all purchase requests, regular follow up with suppliers & tracking of payments with Accounts departments against invoices received so as to ensure payments are settled for the services received.
Internal services
Organize and ensure delivery of internal office services such as reception, pantries, and consumables ordering and inventory management.
Catering
Ensure the provision of meals and catering services for the location, according to policies, guidelines and contracts.
Preventive Maintenance and Spare Parts
Tracking & Creation of job tickets in the system related to facilities and provide weekly progress updates, and spare parts management.
Airmail and Shipping Companies
Administration of all airway bills including shipments through DHL/Aramex, office mails, recording of all facility transactions and co-ordination of office supply inquiries.

Job Requirements
Educational level: High school or Bachelor
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Languages: English, Arabic spoken, reading and writing
