Site ICT Manager

Purpose of the Job 

Maintains the ICT Infrastructure on site based on the guidelines provided by Head Office ICT and takes care of day to day activities to ensure smooth ICT operations at Site

Key Accountabilities 

• Manages overall ICT operations at Site including, ICT Infrastructure, End User Support and Business Applications (ERP, WMS, Handheld, etc.)
• Conduct employee performance reviews & coordinate with ICT Head Office for appropriate staffing levels at Site. Sets guidelines and formats for ICT Site Staff to operate and reviews of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Review the maintenance of the ICT Infrastructure based on the agreed policies and procedures, in order to achieve a high percentage of Site ICT efficiency
• Facilitate and handle problems within ICT network engineers, in order to have a flexible approach to work and display sound of problem solving. If required, liaison with ICT Head Office for solutions
• Act as key interface between the warehouses on all WMS related issues and developments.
• Manage the integrity of data within both systems and monitor daily alignment, raising issues as appropriate

• Minimal experience: 5 years within IT related field
• Knowledge and experience of working with ERP’s or WMS’s
• Languages: English
