Purpose of the job
Prepare and present the sales training courses for the assigned area for sales staff up to and including Senior Sales Supervisors, according to training design and scheduling, in order to deliver sales training according to planning.
Key Accountabilities
1. Training courses
Execute sales training courses for sales, according to training design.
2. Sales knowledge
Ensure to maintain up to date knowledge of sales and sales processes in Company, in order to generate ideas for new courses, participate in sales training design, and to be able to handle all questions during courses.
3. Course preparation
Prepare training courses operationally at the location, including registration and administration, participant information, training materials, location, catering, and evaluation.
4. Training needs
Signal training needs with the target group, generate ideas for new training programs and discuss with the T&D Officer.
5. Training evaluation
Handle training evaluations and provide feedback to T&D Officer for upgrading existing training packages.
6. Coaching
Provide one on one job coaching for sales staff when required.
Skills
• Educational level: University, bachelor degree
• Minimal experience: >5 years as (sales) trainer or Company sales experience
• Languages: Arabic + English
