Purpose of the job
Handle internal ICT customers and provide first level ICT support, in order to log all requests accordingly for action.
Key Accountabilities
1. Request Log
Log all ticket based on calls, emails from internal ICT customers related to various ICT issues & services, in order to record all requests and action it on time by the assigned ICT personnel.
2. Task Follow up
Respond to calls, take task details, and distribute tasks to ICT personnel, in order to follow up on the task status and have it completed on time.
3. Trouble Shooting
Investigate errors on priority basis, fix them and document them for future reference. Maintain complaint log and discuss it with the ICT Manager on periodical basis with recommendations & proposed action plan for a permanent solution.
4. ICT Inventory
Manage IT equipment Inventory including IN / OUT and transfer formalities.
Skills
• Educational level: Diploma in IT
• Specific diploma/education: IT related authorized certificate
• Minimal experience: 2-5 years
• Languages: English
