Job Description
In this role you will manage the full Sales & Distribution of SADAFCO’s product portfolio in your assigned region. You will ensure that the sales and secondary distribution is in line with the company strategy and policies. And manage your team in a way that you realize the gross sales and profit targets in your region.
Key Accountabilities
1. Initiate, share and develop the regional Sales & Distribution strategy; ensuring it contributes to the overall Sales & Distribution plans.
2. Sales Management; Set targets for your region’s sales force, monitor, manage and motivate your teams to maximize efficiency and realize the sales targets. Translate the sales plans and activities (in co-operation with Trade Marketing) into sales forecasts and ensure timely report on progress
3. Business Development; ensure the identification of new clients and markets in your region. Initiate and organize the sales and distribution to those prospects.
4. Key Accounts; implement the agreements with Key Accounts (national and regional), and negotiate LTA’s/promotional activities on regional level. Cooperate with Trade Marketing, and maintain good business relations with the representatives of Key Accounts in the Region.
5. Merchandising & brand management; Ensure execution of merchandising at the points of sales, in line with the policies and approaches as defined by Trade Marketing and Marketing, in order to influence the shopper’s choice in favor of Sadafco products.
6. Human Resource Management; ensure an effective Regional S&D organization, recruit the right number and quality of people. Manage your full team in line with Sadafco’s HR policies.
7. Credit & Financial Management; implement and monitor the approved company payment and credit policies and ensure credit and timely collection management for all sales in the region. Work closely together with Finance, establishing and maintaining all financial and administrative systems, records and controls for an effective regional administration. Do the annual budgeting, financial monitoring and reporting according to Sadafco’s financial policies.
8. Logistic operations; manage and control the regional logistic operations to realize the distribution planning and delivery of the required volumes of finished products. Work closely with Supply Chain employees and according to the distribution policies and the functional guidelines. Minimize the wastage in your region.
9. Regional workshops; ensure management of the maintenance and repair activities for cars, refrigeration and forklifts in the Region, according to functional guidelines of Supply Chain Management, in order to ensure maximum availability of the vehicles at lowest cost.
12. Security; manage both depot and information security across respective locations, in line with company security policies.
13. Quality Assurance; safeguard and monitor quality control of sales processes and practices and use of SEBA in line with company standards and regulations.

Job Requirements
• Educational level: University, Masters degree
• Specific diploma/education: Business, Commerce, Marketing or Finance
• Minimal experience: 5 years in a comparable job
• Languages: Fluent in English, Arabic is preferred
• Other requirements: 30+, highly numerate and analytical, strong computer skills, strong negotiation skills, experience in the ME region
