Job Description
Responsibilities
· Design, review, and enhance cybersecurity architecture across enterprise infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments
- Define and apply security architecture principles, patterns, and standards to guide secure system and application design
- Perform security architecture reviews for new and existing systems, identifying design gaps, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with IT, cloud, network, and application teams to embed security controls across all environments
- Support the implementation of Zero Trust, defense‑in‑depth, and secure‑by‑design principles
- Contribute to threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and architectural risk analysis
- Support integration and optimization of security technologies such as SIEM, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and cloud security tools
- Review third‑party and vendor technical architectures to assess security posture and alignment with internal standards
- Participate in incident response activities, providing architectural input and supporting root cause analysis and remediation design
- Maintain architecture documentation, diagrams, and technical security standards
Skills
Requirements
Education
- Saudi Nationality
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience
· Minimum 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, or security architecture roles
Technical Expertise
· Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity architecture and secure design concepts
- Hands‑on exposure to:
- o Network and infrastructure security
- Cloud security (IaaS / PaaS / SaaS)
- Identity and access management (IAM) concepts
- Endpoint and server security controls
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as NCA, NIST, and CIS Controls
- Working knowledge of vulnerability management, logging/SIEM, and incident response processes
Skills & Competencies
· Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to translate technical security risks into clear design recommendations
- Strong documentation and technical communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with engineering and operations teams
Certifications (Preferred)
· One or more of: CCSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, GIAC/SANS
