Job Description
Purpose of the job
To give adequate support to facility services for Jeddah RDC and also be a point of contact for all staff housing facilities across all locations as per company policies and guidelines.
Key Accountabilities
Buildings and premises (for JRDC only)
Monitor the quality of facility services provided and ensure that all facilities are made available as per SADAFCO approved policies and guidelines.
Accommodation(All locations)
Monitoring and tracking of all contracts and the list of employees using the accommodation so as to ensure availability of standard accommodation for all SADAFCO staff in compound houses and the employee accommodation.
Purchasing Request(All locations)
Creation of all purchase requests, regular follow up with suppliers and tracking of payments with Accounts departments against invoices for the services received so as to ensure payments are settled in a timely manner.
Internal services (for JRDC only)
Organize and ensure delivery of internal office services such as provision of reception and pantries.
Catering (for JRDC only)
Ensure the provision of meals and catering services for the location according to policies, guidelines and contracts.
Internal movements (for JRDC only)
Coordinate all internal office movements as per agreed plans ensuring that the tasks are completed smoothly and as per timelines agreed.
Preventive Maintenance System (All locations)
Tracking, creation and follow up on job tickets in the system related to facilities for all depots and status update on a daily basis.
Airmail and shipping companies(for JRDC only)
Administration of all airway bills including shipments through DHL/ Aramex, office mails, recording of all facility transactions and co-ordination of office supply inquiries.

Job Requirements
Educational level: minimum completed High School degree, preferably a Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2 years relevant experience
Service oriented mindset
Commercial awareness
Precise, structured and well organized
Strong in filing, administering and following-up according to the different timelines
Able to manage different timelines
Excellent in communication whether verbal or reporting (verbal and/or written)
Energetic and competitive achiever who can inspire and motivate team members and successfully manage multiple priorities/ projects
Languages: fluent in Arabic and English
