Purpose of the job
Keep and update the central administration for the Employee Services department and provide administrative support for various subjects to the Manager E.S. and the Director OD.
Key Accountabilities
1. On/off boarding registration
Enter on/off boarding registration timely and correctly in the Sadafco systems and at GOSI, and issue and cancel medical cards, according to the checklists and instructions, to provide correct employee data in the systems.
2. Exit interviews
Read and analyze the notes of exit interviews (conducted by HR Advisors) to provide the manager E.S. with the key issues for leavers.
3. Employee survey
Organize the process and communication for the annual Employee Survey and summarize the results in a report for analysis and follow up by the Manager E.S.
4. Administrative support
Provide administrative support for the Manager E.S. and for various central E.S. administrative systems, to keep the central E.S. administration up to date.
5. E.S. systems support
Inform and communicate with ES Supervisors about systems and procedures for recording in the central E.S. administration.
6. HR Administration
Support the Director Organization & Development with various administrative tasks related to HR administration and reporting.
Job Requirements
• Educational level: University, bachelors degree
• Specific diploma/education: Administrative/ HRM
• Minimal experience: >3 years in HR or administration in large company
• Languages: English + Arabic
