Job Description
Purpose of the Job
To maintain the integrity of the system data, ensuring the WMS is working efficiently and effectively to allow operations to flow smoothly at all times.
Key Accountabilities
- Monitor and analyze system performance and implementation of the necessary measures in the case of incidents in the warehouse
- Maintaining the inventory control system
- Perform error analysis and troubleshooting in both the material handling and WMS
- Support in the training of customer personnel and provide associated training documentation
- Check the ongoing integrity and updates of the master data files
- Monitor interface integrity between WMS and QAD ensuring errors are analyzed, solved and preventative measures are taken to avoid reoccurrence
Skills
- Qualification in IT
- Knowledge of Java and SQL (Operational Knowledge in networks)
- Experience in Warehouse Logistics and Software
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Languages: English
