Job Description
Purpose of the job
• Drive the progress of various projects, and manage and coordinate specific projects, in order to ensure timely project delivery according to specifications.
• Develop the policies for, and manage and deliver the corporate communication.
Key Accountabilities
1. Project Management Office
Start up and guide various multi functional business projects and coordinate for progress reporting and project information to management, in order to safeguard that projects are delivered in time and according to specifications
2. Special projects
Organize, manage and deliver special projects, on request of management
3. NPD support
Optimize the formal processes & procedures for New Product Development and support the coordination of the NPD projects with the involved parties, in order to safeguard efficiency of the projects.
4. External communication
Develop the policies for, and manage and deliver the external communication (e.g. press releases, product launches, shareholder meetings)
5. Internal Communication
Provide guidance in drafting the SADAFCO News and Annual Report, and general internal publications, in order to safeguard quality and timeliness
6. Business Reporting
Initiate, design and improve various ways of reporting on business performance and project progress (e.g. SEBA, Q-8, BIS) in order to fulfill the information needs on business performance of the executive team for improved quality of decision making.
Job Requirements
· Educational level: University/ Masters degree
· Minimal experience: 10 years in relevant business + experience in corporate communication and project management.
· Languages: English, Arabic preferred
