Job Description
Purpose of the job
Operate all allocated machinery and equipments in line with health and safety standards, in order to monitor/guarantee production performance, fulfillment of specification and report failures/deviations.
Key Accountabilities
Operational/Technical
Read, record and adjust all parameters on the processing equipment & Check the quantities of raw and/or packing materials, in order to monitor work in progress and have a smooth production according to specifications with no failure/deviation.
Health & Safety
Ensure a clean and safe work areaand potential risks are communicated for corrective action in order to follow the company’s health & safety policy.
Quality
Follow Sadafco SOP in terms of production parameters and CIP cycles to guarantee consistent and stable quality as per company specification and established international standards.

Pasteurizers
Stabilizers
Homogenizer
Skills
Job Requirements
Educational level: Diploma or similar education in dairy
Specific diploma/education: none
Minimal experience: 2-5 Years
Languages: English, Arabic is a plus but not mandatory
