Job Description
Purpose of the job
Carry out the maintenance and repair to Vending machine units. This task should be done according to the work schedule, procedures and work instructions, in order to keep the refrigeration units operational and up to maintenance standards.
Key Accountabilities
Daily inspection
Daily inspection schedule – Check complete machine for proper function and temperature, control/retention to prevent downtime - Maintain repair maintenance reports.
Repair
Carry out any scheduled and unscheduled repairs. These machines may also need periodic cleaning in order to maintain reliability - Maintain repair maintenance reports
Planned maintenance
Carry out the planned inspections and maintenance services for all units, according to the work scheduling and service sheets - Maintain repair maintenance reports
Reporting
Complete and supply the needed job cards and maintenance reports on work done and return to Supervisor.
Work Hours
Point 1 – 4 Will be scheduled according to the workload/plan and may require after hour and weekend work.
Skills
Job Requirements
Educational level: Primary school
Minimal experience: 2 years in the repairing and maintenance of horizontal and vertical coolers/chillers (Not negotiable)
Note that “vending-specific” training will be provided.
Languages: Arabic + English
Must be in a possession of valid/active driving license
Other requirements: physically fit
