Purpose of the job
Supervise the guarding of people, company property and grounds, according to Sadafco’s security policies, procedures and work instructions, to ensure the security at the Sadafco location.
Key Accountabilities
1. Gate Control
Ensure correct visitor reception and preventive control and inspections on in and outgoing persons, cars and goods at the location, according to policies, procedures and work instructions, to ensure that only authorized persons and cars enter the grounds and goods do not leave unauthorized.
2. Personnel Security
Ensure overall security of Sadafco personnel on the location, according to work instructions.
3. Location patrols
Check the status of security measurements and signal irregularities during location patrols and take appropriate action, according to policies, procedures and work instructions, to ensure the security of company property and goods.
4. Physical Security
Execute instructions to ensure that company buildings and facilities at the location are physically secured, to minimize security risks.
5. Fire prevention and handling
Take action according to procedures and instructions in case of fire in order to safeguard personnel and limit damage by fire to the minimum.
6. Calamity handling
Act in line with the calamity procedures and instructions, in case of calamities.
7. Administration and reporting
Keep the security records for the location, according to procedures and work instructions.
8. Shift transfer
Inform the colleagues of the next shift on all incidents, irregularities and relevant facts, according to work procedures, to provide a good transfer of information to the next shift.
9. Personal hygiene and presentation
Take care of personal uniform and hygiene, ensuring a clean and correct presentation to guests and Sadafco employees during duty.
Job Requirements
• Educational level: Mid level secondary school
• Minimal experience: 4 years of work experience in security job
• Languages: Arabic, basic English
