Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
· Manage office supplies, printers, projectors, screens, networks, meeting rooms.
· Handle all indirect purchases, including chemicals, PPEs, Uniforms, Disposable items, cleaning equipment, meals
etc.
· Handle invoices and ERP transactions, including Fresh milk, chemicals, Water, Effluent, electricity, diesel, LPG,
drinking water, recycling materials, and general use items and consumables etc.)
· Handle canteen related matters and laundry services.
· Assist on daily personnel records (Overtimes, Temporary staff, attendance, etc.).
· Supervise the housekeeping in administrative areas (Canteen, toilets, rest rooms, meeting rooms, corridors,
staircases, lockers rooms, laundry services, consumables, and cleaning tools warehouse).
· Handle invoices and ERP transactions, including Fresh milk, chemicals, Water, Effluent, electricity, diesel, LPG,
drinking water, recycling materials, and general use items and consumables etc.)
· Collect and enter data, based on reporting factory needs (Daily, weekly, monthly).
· Train the newcomers and guide them.
Skills
Job Requirements:
· Educational level: Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
· Minimal experience: 3-5 years in similar job, preferably in FMCG companies.
· Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, QAD).
· Excellent working knowledge of admin activities.
· Deep understanding of manufacturing processes.
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
· Should be willing to work in flexible working hours environment, especially during holiday periods.
· Handle tight deadlines.
· Commit to deliver reports on time.
Languages: Should be fluent in English, Arabic
