Coordinate the inventory control process in the Depot and loading sales vans and ensure that all sales orders are loaded on the right time with the right QTY to the right customers
Key Accountabilities
- Storage
Ensure the proper storage of goods, in predefined locations, with the right coding, labeling and storage conditions.
- Inventory keeping
Keep the inventory by monthly counting, stock classification, and regular reconciliation of stock.
- Documentation/administration
Process all required administration and documents related to issuing and receiving and returns as per company Policy and procedure and keep the records
- Issuing
Monitor the issuing of all products according to release dates and application of FIFO &FEFO
And SOP
- Loading/unloading
Coordinate the loading/unloading of vans according to planning to ensure timely availability of products.
- Waste/leakage handling
Dispose of wasted products and record waste according to procedures.
- Store environment
Keep the store organized, tidy and clean, and at the right temperature.
- SHEQ
Ensure all SHEQ regulations and procedures are applied for store keeping.
Skills
Job
- Educational level: at least vocational diploma Specific diploma: logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or a technical diploma
- experience: minimum of 7 years relevant (preferably FMCG) experience; preferably to have (ambient & frozen ) storage experience
- Can work under pressure due to peaks in activities in the warehouse
- Having a driving license for a forklift is preferable
- Workable knowledge of Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point), WMS knowledge is preferable
- Languages: fluent in Arabic and English (verbal, reading, writing)
- Well-developed organizational skills
- Well-developed communication skills
- Hands-on and can-do attitude
