Job Description
Purpose of the job
Achieve sales and replenishment targets by replenishing to customers all SKUs and assure product availability, visibility and rotation.
Key Accountabilities
Sales
Follow Journey plan and ensure there is no call exceptions and non-buying customers.
Develop and maintain the route by informing of new shops opening and shops closing within the route to Sales Supervisors in timely manner.
Provide customers with suggested orders ensuring maximum SKU availability in stores.
Product Display/ Assets/ Point of Sales(POS) material
Deliver and display products as per merchandise policy in order to increase shelf space and off take.
Ensure effective utilization and maintenance of company assets (Chillers/ Freezers) with zero tolerance of non-SADAFCO products.
Report maintenance issues to supervisors immediately.
Any asset misuse by customers to be reported to sales supervisor immediately.
Ensure POS is displayed at retail outlets as per company policy.
Invoicing & Collection
Deliver invoices to customers and collect money as per invoice.
Ensure that all TC invoices are collected within the TC rules.
Ensure all Temporary Credit (TC) invoices are properly filed and kept with relevant supervisor.
Stock Management
Monitor stock levels in order to avoid high carryover and vehicle stock out situations.
On receipt of load from stores, review and sign the same on return from market reconcile load with storekeeper as per company policy.
Manage stock to avoid bad returns and damages.
Sales Administration
Ensure all Sales related administration is completed correctly and on time.
Ensure daily collections are properly deposited with cashier in timely manner.
mSFA
Complete daily mSFA (mobile Sales Force Application) endorsement with supervisor and discuss daily activity. Discuss opportunities for market development. Review sales numbers against targets and Recommended Order Compliance (ROC). Review other KPIs.
Appearance
Ensure that the vehicle has clean cab, box and exterior.
Ensure uniform and personal grooming is professional.
Skills
Job Requirements
Educational level: minimum completed High School degree
Minimal two (2) years relevant experience in sales
Minimum age 22 years
Physically fit
Must possess basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
Valid and clean driving license
Languages: English (speaking, reading, writing); strong preference for Arabic, other languages welcomed
